  •2009-2010 •Foundation of Consulting 

In the year 2009, we started our journey by establishing a freelance consulting firm under the banner International Healthcare Business Consulting (IHBC). Under this banner we did some feasibility studies. There after we started a partnership firm called Red Hawk Consulting Group (RHCG) where we started a Homecare vertical offering Pathology services, Physiotherapy , Nursing, Housekeeping Services and Doctor on call.

•2013-2022 •Healthcare Consulting Services (Partnership) 

In April 2013, foundation of HCS started. It started by taking over operations of the hospitals with first project of KLS Hospital, where we started a project of Marketing, Branding and Communication, we did empanelment of 30 TPA & Insurance Companies. Post that we took over a project of St Theresa Hospital for Project Operations and development. Where we created State of the art ICU, Dialysis, Pharmacy, LDR, OT , OPD and Diagnostics. Later we took projects like Siddhi Diagnostic & Research Centre (SDRC) for operational turn around, where we increase topline from 30 million to 65 million rupees on month on month basis. Along with this we too a project of Setting up a Pharmacy retail under banner HCS Pharmacy and also Hospital based pharmacy. Following I also took a project of Zenith Hospital and Sunshine short hospital for turnaround.

•2021- Present •Centre 4 Healthcare Consulting Private Limited 

In the year 2021, we started Centre 4 Healthcare Consulting Private Limited company and took a project of Sanjeevani Hospital for 6 month to 12 months for operational turn around and investor readiness. I also took Indore Cancer Hospital project in 2022 for COO service for major turnaround of the hospital from radiation center to 6 spectrum healthcare. Post that I go a project to manage 23 hospitals for Group Director Operations for a diagnostic vertical in Burjeel Hospital , UAE group in an individual capacity improving the P&L from UAE 35 Million to 65 M focusing of Operational Excellence, PACS implementation.
